Easy Step Extra Tall Safety Gate

I’m so happy I found the Regalo 56-Inch Extra WideSpan Baby Gate — it’s exactly what we needed for a wide opening between our living room and kitchen. Most baby gates are too narrow, but this one fits perfectly and feels very secure.Installation was quick and easy thanks to the pressure mounts and extension options. We used the included 12-inch and 4-inch extensions to get the perfect fit. I also really appreciate that it came with wall cups and a full mounting kit for extra stability (especially helpful with a toddler who loves to test boundaries!).The walk-through gate is a game changer — it opens smoothly and latches automatically, which is super convenient when I have my hands full. Very easily installed, stays in place and feels sturdy. We've had this installed on our bedroom door for the past few months and haven't had any issues. We initially got it to keep our dog out of our room, but having an agile border collie means he cleared it no problem! Get a taller gate if you need to keep an energetic dog at bay!

Absolutely love this gate, it is very durable and has held up very well for outdoor on the porch. Easy to install and has a couple of options for installing! Definitely will be purchasing again for our pool deck and for our back deck as well. Recommend 100% and price is an added plus on this as well.

It works pretty well for my 1 yr old. He hasn’t figured it out which keeps him out of the kitchen and the cat food bowls. My cat has not figured out that she can jump over it though… my sister has three kids and her 2 yr olds figured out how to open it in about 45 mins so definitely don’t rely on it without keeping a watchful eye. I did take a star off because the system is held together completely by tension so it is annoying to put up by yourself and try to hold all the pieces in place enough to put the gate in place and tighten the screws. Overall it’s the perfect size for what I needed and I’m just hoping that the cat learns to jump quickly and the baby doesn’t figure out the latch for a good while

Love this gate. It works great and has held up good. It is very helpful to be able to walk through and the latch is very user friendly. Latch can be opened with one hand which is a game changer

I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out to build this thing. But once I got it on, it’s been sturdy and has held up to 2 toddlers. Size is perfect and fits well.

Bought for the outside, so I can let my dog loose in the front where he won’t run off, put on the steps and so far so good.

Thought I was busying the same gate I already had to block the top of my stairs but I was wrong. The opening is very small for an adult to get thru. I’m not an overly large person and I felt like walking thru the gate was tight. It was at the top of my stairs but I didn’t feel comfortable feeling like I had to turn a little to go thru the gate and step down at the same time already paranoid holding a squirmy baby. Installation was easy tho and did not damage my walls so I did appreciate that.
