This product has really helped quieten down our squeaky floor. Asbestos floor tiles meant we couldn't do any work to level out the not great floor (not without getting a specialist contractor in anyway), this was topped with a waterproof membrane, insulation and an underfloor heating mat - contributing to further unevenness and 'give'. Our engineered board finish looked great but sounded cheap and squeaky. Given the underlying floor conditions I didn't have high hopes for this product, but it has really made a difference. The floor is not silent, but much, much better and I think a few more targeted applications will improve matters even more. There was an instant difference, and the noise has continued to reduce in the weeks following application. And finally, customer service was faultless - it is that which made me want to write this review. It is a small, British company that has done a great job developing a new product and was excellent at providing help and support. Well worth checking out their website for further information.

Followed instructions and have the type of floor this should fix - absolute rubbish, made the squeaking worse. Don’t buy

Made the creaking worse! Do not buy. Total waste of money.

I took a chance and bought this to lubricate the joints between a newly laid click together wooden floor that turned out to creak quite a lot due subtle dips in the concrete underfloor. To cut a long story short it did not fix the problem in the slightest. The creaks are still as loud as ever. I poured some of this 'Stop Creak' onto my finger to try to figure out what it was like / made of (as there are no ingredients listed / no MSDS sheet etc.) and it is simply a light coloured liquid with the consistency of water which doesn't feel any more lubricating than water either. I'm therefore not surprised that it didn't fix the problem. I would not recommend this product. I'm looking at 'dry' PTFE WD40 brand spray instead (but I haven't tried this yet).

Personally I found this to be a Really good product , we have herringbone and seemed to stop the squeaking in the floors noticeably .

Didnt work for me but be careful makes the flooring very slippery

We used this in December to stop really horrible annoying creaks on landing and in bedroom. Especially a nuisance at night. It definately works and we now have silence. Also does not smell. No hesitation in recommending this product and we have advised a few friends to use on their creaks.

I have to rate this simply to recognise the fantastic customer service. Not only did this item arrive promptly but, when I had an issue, I received a reply within an hour and within a day my issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this seller.
