It works well to alleviate pain in my knee. Very happy with it.

It is a great product. However, it is true that the bottle pump does not work. Somebody warned about it in the reviews, but I bought it anyway thinking it wouldn't happen to me, or that they would have fixed it. But no: the bottle pump does not work. The lotion, itself, is very thick so it requires a good pump. They used to have a different bottle (magenta colored) and label that worked just fine. It's too bad: I don't think I will buy this lotion again because it's irritating to buy something that doesn't function properly from the beginning. BTW, it didn't work even after trying to get it to. You have to scoop the lotion out with the pump tube (not really practical).

I've been using this Lotion for decades, nothing like it - it is the BEST STUFF, face, arms, legs, etc.

I have some skin issues and this lotion has helped.

I love this and use it mainly for my face! I had a horrible eyebrow area rash and nothing stopped it. And it itched like crazy..ugh..yes gross...It looked like I had an intense red eyeshadow on...My FNTP recommended it and I'm am glad she did. Literally, the second I applied a small amount to the area, the itchy stopped and I could feel it healing. If I have extremely dry skin somewhere else on my body, I just apply a small amount once and it goes away!!! I have been using it ever since. It's been three months..and I still have some left. I'm ordering more!

I bought this lotion because of the MSM in it. For some reason, it turned out to be very thick, making it difficult to get out of the bottle.
