As a sink, cutting board, or tub, it is flawless. The knife stays put in its holder until needed. I expected the knife to be a cheap gimmick but it's my favorite prep tool around camp, sharp smooth cutting, feels great in the hand. Had for over 4 years (2021) and keep it in my Jeep which sits in the drive. So it's crazy hot while closed up in the cab in the summer sun, and below 0° F in the winter. Showing no signs of cracking or discoloration. To be fair, I use it pretty hard but only about 4 to 6 weeks a year in hot and cold weather. Love how thin it collapses to, storing in almost no space. Would buy it again, if I can ever wear it out.

Used it for the first time and wife commented on how I didn't leave seasoning all over our counter after seasoning some meat. Perfect size for a pork butt. Doesn't take up much room when collapsed. Great value for the money. Haven't used the built in knife or cutting board but appears to be good quality to cut on. Perfect package.

I got this for my husband to use BBQing pork butt/shoulder as it is perfect size to contain the chunk of meat to season it pre smoke and the cutting board bottom to shred the pork after with my bear claws while having ability to be flat, shallow lip for containing juices or full bowl. To store raw meat in refrigerator.Cons: I can’t give 5 stars due to ease of use was not as easy as others products, when trying to collapse the bowl the green area got stuck (not as flexible as other similar products I’ve had) and flexed out vs in so I had to hold the area in while pushing down and that was a little difficult.This will do for the use my husband needs. It was easy to clean and came with a knife w/ blade shield on bottom.

Bought this as a gift for my husband who was looking to use his grill and smoker more. The ability to collapse the tub is great for storage purposes, but the tub itself is great for him to season and marinate his meats.

I bought this as a gift and it was a hit. The person uses it every time they grill or uses the smoker. It cleans easily and has multiple functions. It condenses so that storing is easy.

Ordered two of these 12/10/24. Today is 8/21/25 and both of them acquired leaks in the rubber part where the collapsing occurs. Not very easy to collapse. Don’t purchase if you want the product to last. Only used to thaw packs of meat in water. Never used as a cutting board. The knives that came with them are sharp.

This is awesome no more mess or seasoning on counter.

I bought this almost 3 years ago and still use it. It’s not an XL tub but it’s big enough that I use it for an 8lb pork butt, 4lb chuck roasts, fresh young chicken etc. I have never popped the plug on the bottom because I never needed too, but with that said, after using and I fill it to soak and clean it, the liquids never leak out.As far as the knife goes, I have never used it. I have nice expensive knives so I just tossed it aside. It looks like it would be perfect for veggies and small items.It’s a nice cutting board that can be a tub which is perfect for not making a mess on your counter when applying dry rub or sauce, or even doing a wet brine.Cleans easy and being collapsible makes it great for storage. The rubber has held up all this time and it’s a purchase I am glad I made.
