With good expectations, I am starting.
I'm starting to take them today so I don't have an opinion on whether they work or not, but when I opened the container there were a couple of pills stuck like taffy to the lid that comes with a security seal. I threw away those two pills because it was as if the cap had melted and joined the pills, the rest was normal. I'll be back in a month to update how it went, I need to lose 33 pounds so with a healthy diet and moderate exercise we'll see how much it helps me.
