I bought a grain mill a few years ago but didn't use it much until recently. I learned to love making bread and thought Organic berries would be healthiest way to go. They put so much additives in store bought bread. Home made bread taste a lot better that store bought to me and a lot healthier.I was pleased to order from this company. I received order quickly and flour taste very fresh made from these berries.

The color at first I thought was too dark but after cooking it this is a great buy.

Sometimes Amazon can be frustrating. You search for something very specific, like "Organic Hard White Wheat" and they give you organic hard RED wheat. While that is not Central Milling's fault, had I actually not been half asleep, I wouldn't have ordered this. The product itself is a perfectly good quality product, but it is much more expensive than I generally pay for hard red wheat and I don't think it is better than the other brand I buy. I thought I was buying hard white wheat which is usually sold for this price. I kept it rather than returning it because it was my bad that Amazon made this the top result for HARD WHITE WHEAT and for not reading a description better than I did. However, I do feel it is overpriced.
