After 2 years of use I can say this is an amazing tool! Compared to the wood ones, it doesn’t get mouldy when kept in the kitchen cabinet and haven’t used in a while. I find it very hygienic, easy to wash and the adjustable sizes creates perfect pastry thickness. Flour sticks well too. Very easy to use. Highly recommend!!!

It's a little light (lighter than wood) because it's hollow (will it blend, I mean bend?), so for stubborn dough you have to press hard. The silicone rings are of good quality. Make sure to wipe with a clean/dry kitchen towel to avoid water strain marks (as you would wipe any stainless steel kitchen equipment for the same reason). Someone in the reviews complained about needing to store accessories with the pin - a ridiculous complaint. I'm using a standard jam jar to fit them all in with a lid slightly open (the rings are tough to wipe and may be moist so don't close the lid to avoid mold). I'm not a baker and the last pin I used was donkeys years ago and was made of wood. This thing with its adjustable rings is a level up. I've had success with it right away and can easily recommend this product (especially if/when on offer). If dough sticks, obviously use flour. I used these on a big silicone mat I bought on here (which definitely needs flour which works like magic to make the short sticky mat to be super non-sticky). One last thing, I was deciding between 35cm and 40cm and glad I got the 40cm! 35 will surely be too small especially if you attach the rings. A big pin you can probably deal with, but a small pin may be difficult to deal with.

I bought one of the widest ones. It's light but sturdy and I don't need the rolling pin to be especially heavy to roll out pastry. It comes with multiple diameter rubber rings which are easy to slide on or off but hold their position well when rolling. The rings are very useful for getting pastry exactly the right width and the roller has measurements in both Imperial and Metric on it to help you position the rings. The measurements count outwards from the centre and are marked in the actual width between the rings so it's extremely simple to use. You want to roll it out to 20cm wide? Just place both rings at the 20cm markings. Very easy to clean. It's metal of course so I can put it in the fridge and add an extra bit of chill to it for making layered pastry which is good. Product arrived well packaged and with a friendly little note. Faultless.

This is a great piece of kit to have in the kitchen, works as it should. The rubber ends are great for getting the desired thickness of whatever you’re rolling. I use this mainly for pie pastry and it’s exactly what I needed. Rolls nice and easy, haven’t had any issues so far. Cleans up really easily and stores away nicely Good value for money

I got this because of the rubber bands that fit on the rolling pin to try and make my pasta thinner, I don't have a pasta machine and I'm new to making it so I'm having all sorts of issues. The bands have helped a lot keeping the thickness consistent, it's all very easy to clean. The rolling pin is sturdy but not really heavy, I like the measurements on the rolling pin so if I need anything a specific width then it's easy to do. I have had dough stick to the rolling pin a bit and I wasn't sure putting any flour on it to stop it sticking would work but it's done OK, although I mostly sprinkle flour on the dough as I find it easier. It's a great rolling pin and I'm glad I got it.

Just so easy to use and roll and stainless steel kept the pastry cool. Does what it says.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem SUPER KITCHEN Nudelholz! Es ist einfach ein tolles Werkzeug für jedes Backprojekt. Das einstellbare Design ermöglicht es mir, die Dicke des Teigs präzise anzupassen, was super praktisch ist, wenn man zum Beispiel Pizzateig, Plätzchen oder Teig für Tortenböden ausrollt. Das Edelstahlmaterial ist nicht nur sehr robust, sondern auch pflegeleicht – der Teig bleibt nicht haften und lässt sich nach dem Gebrauch leicht abwischen. J ai pris ce rouleau car il est plus grand que mon ancien (45 cm) et c est bcp plus pratique. Je l ai testé plusieurs fois sur ma pâte feuillettee express pliage escargot. Je passe tout au robot avec le beurre congelé et le rouleau est parfait pour l abaisse avec ses anneaux en silicones (2,3,5,8 et 10mm), c est super régulier. Comme il est large, les anneaux ne touchent pas la pâtes et ne l abîment pas. Il est léger et facile à utiliser, les mesures dessus sont bien pratiques pour connaître la largeur des disques. En plus l inox garde le froid, facile à nettoyer .les anneaux se glissent sur le rouleau, c est simple et rapide à utiliser. Par compte on a pas intérêt de perdre un anneau sinon c est fichu. Une petite boîte de rangement pour les stocker aurait été un plus. C est vraiment un super rouleau. Je recommande à 100%. Lancez vous bonne préparation 😃
