So far.. Excellent!
So far great! Easy to install, tools supplied (screwdrivers) pop out old.. pop in new. (disconnect wires from battery to avoid damaging board) works great. Battery charge 5 hrs.... Life remains to be seen! So far.. worth every penny!

JUST WHAT I NEEDED!!
The battery on my laptop stopped working and wouldn't take a charge. Ordered this replacement battery, thinking that, worst case, I could return it if it didn't solve my problem. It worked perfectly - and bonus - was about one-third of the cost of other websites. Excellent!!

As advertised
The instructions for calibration did not correlate to my Dell Inspiron 17-7778. Battery run time on the 1st full discharge was almost 8 hours. There were no error messages upon installation and followup diagnostic test showed no problems.. I'm a happy camper.

Easy to install on my dell 7000. Make sure you keep track of the screws you remove, because the screws and the screw drivers are really small. My computer now stays charged alot longer.

Easy to install, but 1/4 the battery life of the original

Bought the 2nd time after 3 years
Probably this Dell laptop is on a borrowed time, but this battery is cheap enough, and I know it'll give the laptop another 2-3 years of comfortable use, if nothing else kills it. ;-)

Replaced the battery in my hp laptop. Fit correctly and laptop holds charge again like brand new.
