Anyone who has eaten antibiotic-containing meats, antibiotic-containing dairy, or sugar, probably has relatively low stomach acid. If there is a Candida problem and/or other problems with pathogens in the digestion, it is probably only possible because of low or very low stomach acid. Taking laxatives of any type removes and flushes out that important stomach acid. Many, if not all, digestive problems make it difficult to keep stomach acid, while at the same time these conditions tend to worsen as the stomach acid lessens. And vitamin B deficiency leads to emotional stress that makes it very hard to heal a damaged gut to help restore stomach acid. In the case of serious vitamin B deficiency, the associated emotional stress spikes cortisol, which spikes insulin, which makes it nearly impossible to enter the therapeutic state of (fasting or nutritional) ketosis that assists a person in rebuilding the gut, as well as greatly increasing the fasting time in between meals by helping the body tap into its own fat stores. If you have a serious Vitamin B deficiency due to digestive problems and you find yourself strangely irritable all the time, it is probably as a waste of money to buy vitamin B pills. If you do take vitamin B pills, consider having them after a meal, with 1-2 pills of HCL acid. The HCL acid helps vitamin B get absorbed. And being at the end of the meal helps the vitamin B not move through your system so quickly because of the food particles are in the way. Unutilized vitamin B will probably show up in the urine as a dark yellow color. You can go through 1/2 a bottle of vitamin B pills in a day and still be deficient because of most of it being flushed out of the body, and not enough of it being utilized with the stomach acid or HCL acid. ... Spraying this Nano Rush spray under the tongue, however, is far more affordable and it is immediately effective. Vitamin B cream seems to only be available in vitamin B12, which leaves out all the other b vitamins. ... There is very little research done on absorbing nutrients through the skin. It is possible that the most powerful way to get the skin to absorb is to dehydrate the body, such as from a hot or very hot shower for 10 minutes. People who practice dry fasting, where no water is consumed so as to force the body to break down body fat and proteins for H2O, know that if water is put on the skin for some time, this begins to end the dry fast since the skin soaks up the water. So consider applying the vitamin B right after a hot morning shower. ... Spraying this Nano Rush spray under the tongue, however, is far more affordable and it is immediately effective. There are sublingual tablets for vitamin B. This is a great idea because it does not require stomach acid to be utilized, and it is less likely to be wasted. The sublingual tablets ideally should not contain any sweetener that raises blood sugar, since that would prevent (therapeutic) fasting and/or nutritional ketosis. Taking tablets all throughout the day, however, does not seem to actually fix serious vitamin B deficiency, possibly due to the particle size being too large to be utilized. This Nano Rush spray immediately can be absorbed when sprayed under the tongue. Fasting and/or nutritional ketosis that may have been impossible otherwise. (Toxic load can also prevent ketosis, so using drinking food-grade bentonite clay and distilled water can both make fasting ketosis much easier because they both soak up toxins and carry them outside the body. Make sure that you restock electrolytes with your meal, though, such as by adding potassium, calcium, magnesium, and rock salt powders to lemon juice with your meals.) ... This product is so powerful that you can go from spending $20 per day of vitamin B creams, tablets, and pills, all with no avail - to just using this spray and actually replenishing vitamin levels to the extent that you can get a little too much in your system at one time. If the irritability from severe vitamin B goes away, but the anxiety and jitteriness remains or suddenly begins, sort of like having a caffine-high, then you can spread out the dose more thorughout the day and/or gently reduce the daily amount that you use. And as a final note, if you are having digestive problems, it is probably best not to swallow this spray. You can spray twice under the tongue and twice on the back of the throat, let in sit in your mouth for 1-3 minutes, and then spit it out. The orange flavoring may cause a digestive flareup for some people, indicated by involuntary burping later that day. ... The more damaged the digestion is, the less likely that swallowing would help with absorption due to a lack of HCL acid in the stomach, so when you spit it out gently after letting it sit a moment in the mouth, you are really not wasting the product at all. As you can see, this is a fantastic product for: vegans, people with severe vitamin B deficiency, those utilizing fasting and/or nutritional ketosis, those who want the best bang for their buck. All the best! :) Review: Easy, easy! - I like the convenience factor of Nano Rush, plus the fact it doesn't make me nauseous or upset my stomach in anyway is a big reason I prefer this sublingual delivery method. I think it is more efficiently delivered into my system. Flavor is decent, not bad but nothing to write home about.... I am also pill averse & so I love this spray. This is my 3rd bottle of the B Complex & wont be my last! Definitely interested in trying out the other supplements.

Works Quick.
I woke up with a headache, irritable and not having any energy. Didnt want to do anything but stay in bed. Took a double dose. One, becuase I needed it after a 3 hour plane trip and two.. the flavor is soooooo good. About an hour later. This girl was feelin human. So much better. Better than a cup of coffee. I am going to call this one my magic potion. Really worked quickly. Reminded me of my b12 shots, but oddly seemed more effective for my needs. I highly reccomend.

Awesome Product for Vitamin Deficiency!
I bought this product because I am vitamin B deficient due to thyroid imbalance. I've really enjoyed this product. I feel like my energy level is much better and my mental fogginess has improved. The flavor is great, a little 'vitamin' taste when you swallow, but that passes quickly. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a vitamin B supplement. Will update after I have my vitamin levels retested in a month.

Love this spray!
Delicious and easy to take. Doesnt hurt my stomach. All other B vitamins hurt my stomach so I am glad to have access to this spray formula. I am looking forward to trying other products of theirs. I have the Multi-vitamin, too. The taste is good and that is excellent, as well. That doesnt bother my stomach either.

Needs improvement on flavor
I just can’t tolerate the taste of this. If they could improve the flavor it might justify the high cost. I will say the vitamin B-12 spray tastes good and works well. I just can’t stand the taste of this one.

good product
The B-Complex spray taste pretty good and is real easy to use. For some reason I just like spraying instead of taking a pill, pills tend to upset my stomach anyway. So I really like the product and will continue to use it.

Cool idea, not be strong enough for me
***UPDATE*** I've been taking the spray for most of the week now and have started a significant decline in cognitive ability and memory. I'll have to switch back to what I was taking before as the quantity of most of the Bs are simply not enough for me. Might still be good for someone without my level of deficiencies*** I have to take a B-complex daily, or I notice significant symptoms of deficiency. I have fibromyalgia and adding B-complex really helped, but the pill form I used to take have me a bad odor. I accidentally left them in the car on a hot day and they ended up smelling rank. So, I decided to try something different. The spray is easy to use and even though I don't like orange cream flavored anything, I can handle to taste ok, especially if I use my nano d3 next (tropical flavor). Unfortunately, since I switched, my familial tremor is back and I've been feeling off and getting headaches. Personally, based on comparing labels, this is far weaker than what I was taking. I'm going to finish it off, probably by doubling the dose, then will be looking for something stronger. I'm also curious how my D levels will be at my next appointment. I have to take 6,000 a day of the capsule form to stay normal. Fingers crossed.
