Exactly as described, made very well. I discovered paying a little extra for a buckle vs non-buckle is a great convenience and a safety issue for large headed dogs.

As a former dog trainer this is one of my favorite styles and brands. Sturdy stays clasped, easy to correct leash walking with out any chocking.

I have used Martindale collars for all my furkids for years. It prevents them from backing out of their collar. Highly recommend for all pet owners.

These are good to be almost like a choker chain but without being a chain. They look better than a choker chain, unless you're going for a tough dog look. They help for dogs that like to lead on a leash too far in front of you on walks or runs. Only reason it's not 5 stars is over time the ends begin to fray and you have to cut the excess and burn it with a lighter to prevent further frays.
