After having to constantly move the ladder to clean out the gutters, this solution cut my time and labor down greatly. Using an extension pole, I was able to maneuver and reach large sections of my gutters without moving the ladder every 3 feet. You have to get used to handling and flipping the orientation to push through the gutter mounts. But once you get going and get your balance on the ladder - it is a game changer for sure.

Used the Gutter Spoon & Scoop this autumn to clean out my leaf-packed gutters. It shortened the chore time by limiting how often I had to move the ladder. Instead of 8-9 ladder positions for the length of the house I had 5.

When doing gutters, the main thing NOT to do is to lean out too far away from the ladder. This tool allows you to stay even with the ladder and still clear the eaves. A former client was cleaning the eaves on his garage, ten feet up, leaned out too far and fell on the concrete, hitting his head. He was hospitalized for a full month with partial paralysis and it was 9 months before he was back to 90%. I bought a telescoping pole from a big box for $10.00, attached the tool and I used it today on our two story condo building. I was twenty feet in the air on an extension ladder and I've never felt safer doing this job. (which I've done for 10 years.) This can be a life saver. Great tool!

Plastic threads are too loose and easily damaged by normal use

This tool is a time saver for my small gutter cleaning business. I attached it to an extension pole and can use it in many different scenarios when I need extra length to pull leaves and debris down the gutter line. Don't be fooled large end that looks like a handle can be flipped over and used to push the debris under the stays in the gutters. I previously bought a more expensive model of the same tool on Amazon and it broke within a couple of uses, but this item is sturdy and seems to be made well! Would buy again if needed, but I think this one will last me a while! I've used it on 20-30 gutters and counting.

It’s a great tool and works perfect for cleaning gutters

Our company provides gutter cleaning services. We bag the debris so it’s much easier to capture it directly from the gutter versus the ground. This tool easily shaved off 1/3 if not 1/2 the time on some jobs. Highly recommend it, just don’t drop it as it could break from certain heights!We have gone through at least a dozen of them, the neck is a weak point so you can’t drop them, and being black they can hide so easily if set down somewhere - we always spray paint them a neon color before they went out into the field. It would be great if they were made in a bright color!
