Well, this definitely works
I've struggled with my sleep for a while now due to some personal issues. I'm unsure if it's simply a placebo effect, but I was asleep within the hour after spraying! I got a solid night's sleep for the first time in months. Only used once so far but can recommend

nice herbal smell but not long lasting
Nice herbal smell, but does not last more than a few minutes. The little roll on doesn't distribute sufficient product onto the skin

This was bought as part of a Christmas present. Arrived in time for Christmas, well packed and in mint condition. A good purchase.

Not the best smell
So, I brought this to try it out. The stress check roll on smells divine and does actually help me de stress, the pillow spray on the other hand has this weird moldy damp clothes smell to it with a hit of eucalyptus. I won't be recommending the pillow spray but I could the roll on.
