great for making your own gear
Bought this early on in learning to sew my own gear, so far have made this ripstop into a chest pack, toiletry bag, backpack lining, and a few other projects too. Great quality, no rips or tears while using, useful for making ultralight kit.

Good quality and colour very vivid
Really liked this product. It did the job and was easy to work with when stitching on my sewing machine. Good thickness and quality, including colour, was great for the price.

Durable and Reliable Outdoor Cover Material
I recently purchased the A-Express Grey Ripstop Fabric for an outdoor project, and I must say I'm impressed with its performance. This 3.8oz kite material is not only lightweight but also exceptionally durable, making it an ideal choice for various outdoor applications. The waterproof feature of this fabric adds a layer of protection that ensures my belongings stay safe and dry in different weather conditions. I used it to create custom outdoor covers, and the results were fantastic. The ripstop design adds an extra level of strength, preventing tears and wear even under moderate stress. The one-meter length provided ample material for my project, and I appreciated the versatility it offered. The color (grey) is neutral and blends well with the surroundings. The fabric is easy to work with, allowing for clean cuts and precise stitching. One notable aspect is the fabric's resistance to fading, which is crucial for items exposed to sunlight. The A-Express Grey Ripstop Fabric has maintained its color vibrancy despite prolonged outdoor exposure. Overall, I highly recommend the A-Express Grey Ripstop Fabric for anyone in need of a reliable, waterproof material for outdoor covers, kite making, or other DIY projects. Its combination of durability, waterproofing, and ease of use make it a standout choice in its category.

Great for covers
I'm using this for dust covers on my overlocker in my workshop so doesn't need to look pretty or keep out the weather but it does an excellent quick cheap job for what I need It is quite thin and a little slippery to sew together but wasn't an issue in my overlocker. Sewing machine it tends to slide about so I'd say either pin it on the side of the material that is inside (a pin will leave a permeant hole) or tape/glue first. I've found a normal stationary paper stapler quite handy on some materials, then cut them out after! I'd say it's more suited to occasional use out in the weather rather that a permeant cover but I've not used it for that purpose. It will be quite noisy flapping in the wind more akin to tent material

Used to make a festival wagon cover
Made into a festival wagon cover for a typically wet UK festival. Perfect for keeping the kids and our stuff dry. Easy to cut and sew.

Used to make dog bed for a pup
Purchased to make a bed for puppy. He's a chewed so wanted a fabric that he couldn't rip. He did at the corner but didn't get very far. So does work. Also wipeable and doesn't get too smelly. Wouldn't be the most comfortable fabric as has a sheen to it but for practicality for a bed in crate it's perfect
