Nintendo Wii U Console 32GB Basic Set - Black (Renewed)

Update 1 I got wii u twilight princess and tried to play but there was no sound and after the initial start screen the game does not load. The handheld pad never hold charge. I will wait for the other wii u games I ordered then determine it is completely useless or not. After rebooting it started to work but I noticed 3 white spots in the middle of the screen... update 2--- So I returned the wii u and waiting for the return process to complete. Then I got another wii u from Gamestop. cheaper, console is uglier, but works perfectly. the difference is day and night! ------ It arrived today with all the necessary pieces. Generic wiimote was broken but no big deal. I still do not have wii u game so this is a review using wii disc. Everything seems working. Some scratches and dust are acceptable to me. Finally I can play zelda ww and tp without wiimote!

I bought a Wii U from this seller as a Christmas gift. It is supposed to be refurbished and functional. The touch screen was shipped with an obvious and significant scratch. The gamepad cannot even be synched with the Wii U to even play a single thing. Unable to complete setup of the system due to obvious and consequential damage this seller willingly shipped out. The description says: "Product works and looks like new. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee. - This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers. - There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length." Ah, nope. Lies. Does not work, has obvious damage, and the "inspector" was clearly incompetent.

Purchase for a Christmas gift for my 15-year-old son. He loves it; it works really well with no problems or scratches. The only thing is that the charger for the Wii U was different, so I had to purchase a new one.

The console came really well packed with almost everything expect for the sensor bar which didn’t came, although some review said, the console came tested with some apps like YouTube and two digital games, they even tested the disc slot with Mario kart. It basically factory reset since I checked the logs and it was only there 1 minute in Mario kart where they tested the disc lot functionality, the gamepad wasn’t connecting with the Wii U and also by sync him, it wasn’t until a lot of tries it finally sync. Taking a look at the reviews, I can say that this is based on luck, you will either get a good condition Wii U or a not working bad one. Sorry for bad english.

This Wii U arrived in great condition, but did not come with the cradle/stand. The rest was great the connectivity was great, the quality was amazing, and I love playing the Wii U instead of using a emulator.

Said it was refurbished, but I’m not so sure. Not only did it need factory reset, the HDMI plug doesn’t work. We had to find an old Tv to see if the console even worked.

The disk drive was damage. It would spin, make a considerable amount of noise and stop spinning when we tried Skylanders. I went ahead and opened it up and tried to repair it for my stepson but was unable to get the disk to spin without making the noise. Nothing seemed to jam it and could find the cause of the noise. Order a Wii U disk drive and replaced it. Works great now without issues. 3 stars for damaged drive but everything else was in great condition 👌🏽.

Tenemos unos meses usándolo y todo funciona muy bien, pero no le di las 5 estrellas por que tiene unos detalles de estética qué si eran notorios. Traía cargado el juego de Mario kart.
