This is an awesome product for video professionals - It powers every cinema camera I have thrown at it ( RED Dsmc2 / Bm URSAMini 12K , its additional power plugs at the top ( USB-C / USB - A / Dtap ) etc.. have made it a perfect battery for smaller cameras like BMPCC6K Pro where the power draw makes it last nearly all day.. plus accessories like lights. I also use this to supply power to a Macbook Pro ( M1 Max ) where it behaves as a mains power supply - with three of these I can edit without a plug socket for nearly 8-9 hours.

Great battery, last for good 4-5 of recording on my Sony a 7 siii

I've owned this battery for a couple of years now, and in that time its had fairly limited usage, and only to power a small led light, or occasionally charge a phone. When not in use it has always been extremely well looked after and kept in my peli case, away from any knocks and extreme temperatures. When using this battery a few days ago, to charge my phone whilst in a hotel room, I noticed the phone stop charging, I proceeded to press the button on the battery to check the battery level and then instantly noticed the smell of battery (rotten egg). I quickly moved the battery to a safe place, in case of any further problems such as smoke, fire or explosions, of which thankfully there were none, however, this problem has then caused my phone to not accept a proper charge, and now takes around 40 hours to fully charge (compared to the normal 2 or so hours). So unfortunately, not only has this rather cumbersome and expensive battery now become a useless (and possibly volatile) paperweight, but my phone is now also damaged. You would expect something of this cost to last quite a bit longer than it has done for me, particularly considering how well it has been looked after/maintained. I have contacted the company direct but have yet to receive any response whatsoever. I've since purchased 2 of the battery packs that Smallrig now offer as I believe they're more of a reputable company.

The design and inputs have changed - there is no longer a micro USB input even though the label on the back of the battery says so. There are also 2 d-tap outputs on top. The side inputs - USB A and USBC no get in the way of the Sony FX3 screen.

I was quite excited about this battery, but then it arrives with stuff loose inside. Tried tighting the screws on the mount just in case but it's definitely some inside. Not very confidence inspiring, returned.

Not the same battery as advertised - did not received an FX Lion as pictured. I received a Songing Sy 905.

I got this Nano Two for using exclusively with Canon R5C which is quite power demanding to work with focus by wire RF mount lenses with auto-focus. This battery assembly needs a V-lock battery mount and works fine when using its USB-C port to power the camera. I also use the D-tap port to power Atomos Ninja-V. I have got Fotga V-Mount Battery Power Plate Adapter with Clamp to fix it on one of the tripod legs. Everything works fine and I don't need to take a dozen of batteries for 2-3 hours shoot.

Come tutti sanno dovrei aspettare ancora un paio di anni prima di pronunciarmi sulla qualita' di questa batteria, ma fin da subito ho avuto la sensazione di aver azzeccato l'articolo giusto. Ne avevo sentito parlar bene da miei colleghi e recensioni varie, avevo visto i prezzi della concorrenza e ho voluto prendere una batteria un filo piu' cara ma con tanta qualita'. Credo di confermare questa mia opinione a due mesi dall'acquisto, vedremo nel tempo come si comportera'

Excelentes baterías. Me gusta mucho el tamaño pequeño y las numerosas opciones de conector (D-Tap, USB-A, USB-C). La opción de cargar mediante USB-C PD. Tengo Nano One (50Wh) y Nano Two (98Wh) y ambos son súper confiables. El precio es muy competitivo.

Easily one of the best products we've ever bought, so good - we've bought two. Reliability has never been an issue, portability is fantastic and the v-mount combined with USB functionality also a major plus. Used not only for an upgraded cinematic camera setup but is the second (after passport) thing packed on any domestic and international trip. Powers everything from camera gear, phone through to laptop when needed and is fast charging.
