At my age I just wrap myself up in these, saves time
Being in my 40s and ridiculously still ignoring the fact i'm no longer in my teens i play sport and workout. Unfortunately the body is buggered yet all the doctors and bloody Joe Wicks keeps saying you must exercise. The only issue is with each second of anything my body hurts somewhere new. If you need support, save your money and stress and stick to Physio room supports. They're by far the best made and they actually work. I tried endless thigh supports and they all fall down. This one works ...it just does because of the waist strap. Just buy it. It works. Velcro is good ,the supports good and the price isn't hideous either.

Keeps the hamstring in place
Supports the hamstring well and doesn`t slip down the leg- mainly because of the attached velcroe belt which fits above the hips. This is a bit fiddly to get into position as the belt bit is quite long ....but not a real problem.
