Worth getting even if you have 1st edition!
Yet another informative book by Jen o Sullivan! I have the first edition and am so glad I bought the second edition! It is even more chock full of info than the first and has recipe cards sprinkled throughout the book. I can’t wait to try them all! Thanks again Jen for your thoroughness. I highly recommend the second edition of the supplements desk reference!

Love this book, easy to follow format very informative and love the recipes too..have a few books by Jen, even met her in person at convention such a great personality, if you need to learn how the oils and supplements work, I recommend this book and her others as well.

Great for for this reference guide.
I just got my supplement desk reference book this week I am excited to continue to learn how Young Living supplements will continue to help support my body as I continue to learn how to care for it in a more natural approach. Thanks Jen O'sullivan for doing the research so that others that are new to Young Living supplements can have reference book to help guide us without having to wondering if this supplement is the correct one.
