I almost always choose holistic options over pharmaceuticals. That said, this product worked for me. I took one capsule the first night and noticed improvement. The second night, I took two and experienced real relief. If you’re currently taking or have recently taken medications, keep in mind they can sometimes affect how well natural remedies work. The body may need time to rebalance. Postpartum, I used Colace as recommended by my doctor and the hospital, but I personally prefer this more natural option. It was effective for me and I would purchase again.
