Good pack for a good price
It's definitely a good value. In addition to the bladder, it can hold quite a bit. I haven't used the waist pack yet because I find that I can fit everything I need to into the bag itself. I put an ice-pack into the bladder compartment to keep it cool during my runs, the extra pocket is big enough for my phone, wallet and some carb gummys. In the mesh pockets I'll roll a shirt up and put it in one, and have a supplement drink in a 20 oz bottle in the other one.I'm male, 5'6", 195 lbs., 43" chest, and find the fit to be pretty comfortable. with the shoulder straps fully tightened, the waist strap comes to the top of my abdomen. The longest I've run with it was just under 4 hours and didn't have any issues with it during that time. Because of how wide my shoulders are, I did notice how the straps wrapped around my torso, it wasn't uncomfortable or cause me any chaffing, but if you plan to use it with a tank top on or shirtless, you may want to take it into consideration.

Very disappointed. The backpack fit great and did not bounce ...
Used it three times on trail runs before the water bladder broke open on the side. I made sure not to over fill it too because I had read about this problem on other reviews. Very disappointed. The backpack fit great and did not bounce around during my runs, that is the only reason it gets three stars and not just one.

would not recommend this product to any athlete ever
would not buy this product again. I ordered it for a spartan race and during the very first part of the race the bladder burst and all the water leaked out. not only was I now soaking wet I lost my whole supply of water. wound up getting dehydrated during the 5 mile competition. would not recommend this product to any athlete ever.

Bladder broke on trail run
Used it for the first time this weekend. The water bladder broke. Has this happened to anyone else? A little diappointed there. Will contact manufacturer. Other than that - it was good.

No good
This hydration pack is the worse hydration pack that I have ever come across. I bought this hydration pack to run my school marathon and before the start of the race I was soaked. The pack is not containing any water, it is flowing from the top of the cover. Very disappointing.
