Does it's job well!
I discovered a couple years back that if I don't sleep with a pillow or something between my legs I'll end up with bruises on my knees, ankles, or calves or just have other general leg soreness. I was a little suspicious of the thin velcro strap that's supposed to hold it on my leg all night but a couple months in and it hasn't slipped off me once but your mileage my vary. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars are these: the thickness between legs seems a bit too much for me and the velcro straps themselves can be a bit scratchy if they hit your bare skin. Finally, because of the size/shape and overall design concept I'm not sure it's possible to get a pillow case of some sort for it and the exterior is already starting to get pills. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this pillow. While not perfect, it's been doing it's job well thus far.

First time Knee Pillow user!
I decided to order this "Knee Pillow" when I was on a mission/adventure to find the perfect sleeping Pillow for myself and after having done enough research found out that I am mostly a "Side-Sleeper" and something such as a Knee Pillow actually does exist to help me get better sleep when I am on my side, because yes it is true that if you don't have something in between your knees (and for me even my legs/feet) during side-sleeping you will strain certain parts of your body such as your hips or back. This led me to making my purchase of the ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow!Okay, so the first thing that I will mention is that the knee pillow itself looks sort of ridiculous and there really is no place to put it while your bed is made that's convenient and out of site from how completely absurd having one makes you look haha. That being said, I'm not shy to show off the things in my life that make it better, so this did not bother me so much and isn't as embarrassing if you have the right mentality for it truthfully.I can see this exact Knee Pillow probably being perfect for somebody smaller than me, perhaps half of my size, but I am 6'8 Tall and weigh about 210lbs so what I noticed immediately when I started using the knee pillow is that my knee crushes the poor thing completely, for someone my size the pillow needs to be significantly more firm to hold the weight of my leg up over it. Unfortunately for me, while it does help a little, it is not nearly enough support to keep my leg elevated at an equal to my hip/body ratio and while I do still use it, it does not fulfill it's duty well enough to completely relieve my hip/lower back strain when I am sleeping and because I can't actually use this pillow for ANYTHING else (since it can only be used for 1 job and it doesn't do that job well for me) it is nearly a 100% useless addition to my bedroom. I just wish it was strong enough to hold my leg up like it is intended to (and probably does for someone much smaller than me) because then it would actually be perfect and I would love it and use it every night! But it can't and doesn't.EDIT: Regarding what I wrote in the next paragraph, I can't remember why I thought that it was a 21 night trial, but I took another look at the Amazon page for this knee pillow and I did not find a limit to the trial anywhere so perhaps I am incorrect about the following information I wrote in my original review and there is a full money back guarantee for their product even after 21 nights, I apologize for the confusion! (And if this is the case then I would really need to consider my options in keeping it or returning and hopefully finding a better more suitable Knee Pillow for myself)My second concern is that I believe it only comes with a 21 night trial, which is nice that they are offering a trial at all to begin with and I always support companies that do offer trials, however, 21 nights just wasn't enough for me to fully test the product and find out that it wasn't meant for me. I don't mind the $22 or so that I paid for it, in fact, even if I had an extended trial period I may not choose to return it (just because I have no better alternative currently) and this is better than nothing in between my knees all together. But I just really wish it was made to work for me haha. And at least if I had a trial period that was longer than only 21 nights I would have had the time to make that proper decision without wasting my money, as I didn't really fully decide that this doesn't work for me until around night 48.My recommendation is, if you are a Side-Sleeper like me, you should order this and try it out for yourself, just remember to get your money back before the trial ends if it doesn't work for you! And if you have really long or heavy legs like I do then it probably won't be enough, just a tip.

CENTER WIDTH IS ONLY 3 INCHES!!
I've been using a similar pillow for a few years and cant sleep without it due to continued tissue damage in my legs from years of cancer treatments. With my old pillow it was starting to lose some of its density so when sleeping on my side (which is another necessity of mine) I had to choose whether I could keep my feet from resting one on top of the other or my knees depending on how far up or down my legs I placed the pillow. A new pillow with full density would allow me to place it in the center of my legs between my knees and feet and allow for both to be elevated and provide pain relief by not having them resting on each other.I looked for a pillow that was slightly thicker than the one I had been using, but also new that even one that was the same would make a big difference because of the density of the pillow not being broken down due to years of use. This pillow is actually about an inch wider than my old one so I thought I was picking the perfect pillow. What they don't tell you is that the center of the pillow is only THREE inches wide. So although the edge of the pillow shows that it is 6.3" wide, which is about an inch wider than my old pillow, my old pillow is a little over 4" wide in the center, which is the only part of the pillow that counts. So even broken down my old pillow is wider than this one in the center so it at least keeps my feet or knees from resting on each other so I'll continue to use it until a new one arrives that is wider in the center. I think it is pretty misleading to put the 3 measurements on there that for all intents and purposes don't really matter and leaving off the center width. It was easy for me to make an assumption that if this pillow was wider than my existing one (6.3" vs ~5") on the edge, than the center would at the very least be as wide as my current pillow.Another note that hopefully helps someone when making a decision: My legs are very thin because I've lost most of my muscle tissue due to treatments so I have hardly any weight that I'm putting on this pillow, so anyone who is looking to use this pillow for their legs and has even "normally" weighted legs you'll probably be disappointed because it'll squish down to much thinner than the 3", much more than my legs do to it, and it's still not nearly wide enough for me. Unfortunately in this time of Covid since I used it surely I can't return it. Wish that the 3" was advertised, especially seeing as it is the most important part of the pillow, and is clearly just an attempt to use less material and make the product cheaper. If it was wider in the center this might've been a good pillow.
