Waste of money! There's no way to get even an average size penis into this thing, let alone one with any girth to it. Use with a pump makes it worse (even tried with various lubes & conditions of use). Once you become stuck in the opening, the interior of the sleeve collapses under the vacuum. I think that the concept is sound for such a device to be made/sold. But sadly, this “fail” is a poorly executed product by CalExotics. What's odd is that they are pretty consistent in typically making things oversized. How'd they create something so insanely tiny for such use!?! I'm truly disappointed in their marketing and quality control for not catching the design flaw. Perhaps they could have sold small medium and large (with this being their xxxtra small model). The only thing good I can say about this product relates to its construction. It is well made, and with quality materials. But unless you have a super skinny penis (not judging anything), I'd pass on this and save your money.

it is VERY TIGHT if you have any girth, but overall very comfortable compared to the sleeves that came with my pump.

Late update to a former bad review I gave to this product. I have since then used elastic hair ties around the rim and over the lip of the sleeve and they prevent the sleeve from being sucked into the cylinder. Works a treat.

Left it in the bathroom sink to wash&when I came back the warm to hot water warped&damaged it severely.Before that it was the best one I ever had.

I purchased this for a comfort sleeve when pumping. Inadvertently used as a stroker for initial use/fitment, it’s a good feeling/sensation. Recommended as a stoker for those who perform in that manner.

Material is too sticky to fit in a pump that has the correct measurements because it adheres to the sides. Also it is really impossible to clean because the inside space is too small. Actually the sleeve is way way too tight and could be dangerous and could cause injury. There are much better alternatives.
