Does this come with a floor?

It does not come with flooring. You need decent board and joists and they are not cheap, will set you back about £100.

Do u need access all sides for assembly need to be close to wooden fences on two sides as close as possible how much space u need

This shed took two people to erect, approx 6hrs. You need room on all sides to get the roof on, but once on easy to slide just where you need it if its on a flat surface . Very sturdy when up

Could a hot tub go in this shed?

yes if you can fit hot tub between dbl shed doors or build it inside

How much space will i need around the outside when building it?

You will need an area for placing panels away from shed area with all the different fixing screws etc sorted into groups and with a step ladder. Pin instructions to a board & place near to work area where it can be constantly referred to as it is absolutely vital that you progress according to instructions. If you attempt any what you might think as obvious short cuts you could have great problems as some steps once taken cannot be easily retraced. Give yourself room to walk round the shed it much work can be done inside the shell. You will need an assistant to refer to the chart step by step screw by screw etc etc & to support one panel at a time as you progress SLOWLY. Better to work on a day when not much wind as panels appear flimsy though very strong but they will flap about in a strong wind making fixtures more difficult to get in place. My friend & I did it in a fairly windy rainy day. Check your door side panel as to where required, similarly any window panel we had never built any kind of structure in our lives but quite honestly this was a relative doddle to erect providing you have patience & tea breaks - and its a joy to behold when you’ve finished. I am not sure this answers your question but in brief you need space to walk round it, certainly on two sides but preferably body width round the whole structure. You will certainly not regret building one of these sheds. Best of luck!!
