Bland taste
Thin slices but very dense, and tastes awfully bland on its own. Butter and hummus made it edible but defeated the purpose of why I chose to eat it in the first place. But even then, still not the same as the good old bread.

If you eat it raw its disgusting, put it in a toaster with some butter its pretty good, at the end of the day its not going to taste like normal bread but at least its low carb
