This is my first time trying chalk for power lifting so I don't have anything else to compare it to but it works very well. I was frustrated when my grip was slipping and was blocking me from being able to lift what I knew I could. I didn't want to rely on straps either so I tried chalk. Glad I did!! This stuff stays on well and I don't even notice my grip anymore. If I'm doing 3 sets, I'm good-but if it's 4-5 then I usually add more chalk to my hands. The only bummer is you have to screw the cap off to get chalk because it crusts over. About to buy my second container of it as the first one lasted just under a year.

My daughter needed her own personal chalk to bring to acrobatic gymnastics practice during the pandemic. SPORTMEDIQ Pro Grade Liquid Chalk works great and is an easy fit in her bag. She is young and I was afraid it would be messy but she can handle squeezing the chalk out of this small container easily. It dries quickly on her hands and then it feels like regular chalk except it sticks to the hands better. The only problem is that it took a little long to get here.

Great chalk… the best I have used so far. It has very good coverage and layers on thick; plus it does not cause any skin irritation, like some other have.

I've tried Dry Hands liquid chalk and I have to say, this one is a marked step up. It tries quickly with far less mess and applies evenly. The chalk also does not flake when dry and holds well to my hand. I've gotten excellent grip for pulling PRs on deadlifts in dry environments like LA and humid swamps like Houston. My only detraction is the price.
