Great green apple flavour and a way better value then buying the little 3.7ml bottles. I use this for my THC gummies I make to give an added flavour to my jello packs.

This is so good, used it to make my own flavored sugar for cotton candy since buying it preflavored and colored is so expensive. The taste is amazing exactly like cotton candy. Used 1c white sugar and 1/4 tsp of extract make the color very vibrant so it is seen when it's put into cotton candy. So good very happy with this purchase. My kids love it and the flavor is dead on.

I usually don’t like to post negative reviews, but this one left me so disappointed that I figure it’s worth either saving others from the same experience or (hopefully) bringing it to the attention of those who make the product. I bought this with the idea of using it in two things: a cotton candy cheesecake and the accompanying whipped cream. When I added it to the cheesecake batter there was no significant flavour of cotton candy. So I added more - still nothing. This continued until I was down half a bottle and gave up as there was no increase in the flavour. I moved onto the whipped cream. I figured cream cheese is a pretty strong flavour and while I’d never had such issue getting flavouring into a cheesecake before (in over 20 years of making cheesecakes) I figured perhaps it was the cheesecake, but whipped cream takes flavourings easily so at least there would be flavoured whipped cream. Alas, despite adding a significant amount of the flavouring I *still* couldn’t get any of the flavour. In the end, I’ve used almost the entire bottle and got nothing out of it. Frankly, even if I did get some flavour I wouldn’t have been prepared to use a whole bottle every time I bake, but I spent the money for nothing. I know fact less than nothing, because the only thing I did get was a chemically aftertaste that it appears comes from the other ingredients in the flavouring. Ended up throwing out the cheesecake (a capital crime in my kitchen). I’m sorry, but don’t bother with this one.
