Great supplement for a paleo/primal diet! Have been wanting to try MCT oil for a while (mainly in place of coconut oil in my morning coffee), but couldn't bring myself to give $$$ to Dave Asprey/bulletproof, and wasn't able to find an alternative with quality ingredients/reviews. After lots of research, I stumbled upon Onnit and am SO happy I did! Have only had it for a few days but I am already in love. Gives a clean, long-lasting burst of energy that doesn't make you crash later on. It is completely tasteless and odorless, and I love that there are no fillers or weird additives -- so great! I have even added it to homemade salad dressing and it works out wonderfully. As many others mentioned, START SLOW! I added half a tablespoon to my coffee for the first serving, and moved up to the full tablespoon with no problem or discomfort. The bottle was VERY well packaged, and arrived before scheduled. My only complaint is the bottle/spout design. No matter how careful I am, some oil ends up running down the side of the bottle. Other than that, I could not be happier with my purchase, and I will be ordering more once this bottle runs out! If you're looking for MCT oil, definitely go with Onnit!

Works great for soreness in your joints. I use it in my juice in the morning and there is no favor.

I'm a little confused by the negative comments here. This is not an emulsified creamer; it is just the oil. Quality seems great. I've been using this the past few mornings in my version of bulletproof coffee and it blends up great and doesn't add any off flavors. What more could you ask for? Quality wise, it seems to be great. Onnit has a good reputation and I trust in the product because of it. If you're diving into the keto lifestyle, MCT oil is something you're going to want and this a great one. High quality and works great in drinks that you're going to blend up. Definitely recommended.

I have only been using this for a few days. But I have noticed I have more energy. I just add a tablespoon to my coffee, the product is tasteless. Product arrived on time, and was packaged with a protective seal around the top to prevent the product from leaking.
