Sometimes by lower back goes out. I can't stand straight up. Sometimes my back hurts so bad that I have to immediately lay flat on the ground. When doing so I can't get up for hours unless someone helps me. MY upper body literally rotates forward to a slump when trying to walk. Each step is very painful. This happens when I get out of bad, or I bend over the sink for 20 minutes or longer. This device "IS THE ANSWER".NOTE: The inverted TableI had previously bought one of those inverted tables that one gets on, puts their feet into a feet hold, and then rotates ones body up side down. I got sicker than a dog in less than 5 seconds. Super super dizzy. I had my wife rotate be back up. I puked. And, was dizzy and nauseous for the next 2 days. YOU DON'T HEAR THAT ON TV. Not even on the disclaimers because there are no disclaimers stating this.My equilibrium was messed up. My wife tried it. She got sick - fast also. We were both athletes in college. In good health except my back has the extensive pain in the lower area - sometimes. I unbolted that inverted table thing and threw it into the trash. HOWEVER, I then ordered this BACKLOOP and mounted it on my bathroom door - close to my bedroom. I use it every morning for 30 seconds. NO BACK PAIN. Wow is life better or what ? I highly recommend this device for anyone that has lower back pain. DO NOT BUY THAT INVERSION TABLE -

Horribly painful to the underarms. Never could relax to let it stretch my back. Returned it.

Been using mine for about 9 months. It does what is claims to do. A little pricey but the pain I went through before, i would pay anything not to go through again!! :)

I love My Backloop! My only wish is that I had found it sooner! I had first tried a traditional Inversion Table. In comparison My backloop is so much better! I have no difficulty using it by myself and I feel a significant improvement in symptoms. I have had a microdiscectomy and was concerned that I could need another. Most days I am now pain free, which is something I haven't been able to say in 11 years. The Backloop is so easy to use I use it anytime I walk through the door way that I have it hanging from. It is easy to adjust meaning that every member of my family can easily get in and out of it and adjust it for themselves.I did not follow the instructions the first time that I used it (I didn't use the door wedge) I did tear one of my doors off of its hinges. That door was easily repaired by hammering golf tees into the old screw holes and putting longer screws in when I reattached the door. My backloop is currently on a flimsy hollow interior door and I just make sure that use the door wedge. I haven't had any other issues.

Product arrived but DVD included was not readable. Can another DVD be shipped?
