not the same i ordered previously
I ordered the same pillow twice, the first time, I received the actual pillow but the second time I received something else. The first Pillow came with the same packing shown in the pictures, as hard as mentioned in the details, the second one was flatter, softer and slightly bigger and the packing was definitely different and came within 3 days while the first one came in a week with an international shipping fee. I'm disappointed since I wanted another one and now I'm kind of worried to order it again.

Pillow is too soft and flimsy
It’s not worth the price to buy this pillow. It way too soft to be called memory foam pillow. Similar pillow is available for much lower price.

This is the best neck support pillow I’ve ever tried! I have degenerative disc disease in my neck, (I blame my career,) and I have woken up suffering for years. I’ve tried all sorts of pillows and I think I finally found the right one for me! I have found it to be good for back, side and prone sleeping. I will likely never be pain free in my neck, but I can give my neck a fighting chance and I feel my pain has improved. Love this pillow!

Es incómodo la almohada para mi cuello o está muy alta o está muy baja, porque la almohada tiene 3 niveles le puedes quitar el nivel del medio ó dejarle los 3 entonces ni uno ni otro lo sentí incómodo y el material de foamy se empezó a romper, a mucha personas les favoreció que bueno solo que yo no corrí con la misma suerte… :(
