It holds pills!
This little case is perfect for storing my nighttime medication on those evenings that I work 3rd shift. It is waterproof, great compact design that I can clip to the inside of my work backpack. It is simplistic in design and usage. For a titanium pill case, it is worth every penny.

Works for me
Works great for keeping a small emergency dose easily available. The key chain is, at the very least, water resistant (I haven't been dunking it under water but my pills did stay dry in heavy rain).

Well made
Smooth on the outside, threads screw smoothly and easily, and stays closed/sealed in the pocket. This size is perfect for a capsule or a few mini tablets—mini aspirin, nitroglycerin, some thyroid hormones, etc.—but too small for a calcium tablet or multivitamin. It doesn’t carry everything I want it to, but it works well, the size is unobtrusive, and the design doesn’t draw attention, making it a keeper for me.

A perfect way to have the pills you need on hand
This is perfect for nitroglycerin tablets which are tiny. It will hold over a dozen. It is so small you won't even know you added it to you key ring. It seals against moisture but is easy to unscrew to open. I call it my silver bullet.

Good. The tiny one will hold one long pill. The round pill won't fit. Heavier than it needs to be.
