Great prodcut for shooting at the gun club. Deep pockets for both unfired and fired shells, and has lightly padded shoulders and a replaceable shoulder pad to help reduce felt recoil. Fits a bit large for me in a t-shirt, but with a sweatshirt or jacket it works great. Seems to be very well made with quality stitching. Other than wishing it had a small accessory pocket or two to hold spare chokes or other small objects, I am very pleased with the shooting vest.

As a left handed shooter with a 12 gauge your reasonably priced vests with a pocket for a recoil pad are far and few. This vest was ambidextrous so I could share it with my son if necessary and the reviews said it was comfortable and sized right for a bigger guy. Right on both accounts. I would order up a size for greater shooting comfort and flexibility to wear it over a light jacket.It comes with a rather thin recoil pad so I added my better heavier pad to the left pocket. Both pads fit in the pocket. There are pockets on the left and right side big enough for new shells and spent shells, enough space to hold a box or two. The vented net webbing will be very comfortable in the spring and even in the summer. The entire back is the net material so it will breathe and not become clammy in the sun. For winter use, it has enough room to wear it over a down vest or a wool sweater.

Received my vest as ordered and happy with it at first glance. Hopefully it holds up too many outings at the trap range. Only wish was two spare shell holders built into the chest. Having none will require me to keep extras in the vest pocket.

Ambidextrous setup is clutch, comes with a pad, is comfy, and fits/works well. Easily as good as big name brands costing twice as much (or more). Buy one today!

I am left handed and have a left hand only Browning vest that I been using for years. Sometimes I will take a right hand shooter out for the fist time. This will work!

Great value with this vest. I have been using it weekly for my trap league. Big pockets and fits well. There is a pad in the shoulder that can be moved to either side to accommodate both left and right hand shooters. I think the pad is adequate for me. I never really have had any issues with soreness after shooting and the included pad is enough for me.

This vest is very nice for the money. It has a pocket on each shoulder to put a recoil pad in for those days at the range. I like that it is light weight and is easily adjustable around the torso.the sizing is correct so don’t order one too small. There is good ventilation in the back of the vest and sides making good for warmer months. It has large pockets to put shotgun shell in and has a long zipper in front. It also has thin pads on the shoulders but they don’t look like they would in themselves affective. It works well for benchrest shooting since the adjustments are made high up on the sides so you can sit and not have problems with the vest riding up .

I enjoy this shooting vest and have used it a dozen times since ordering. My only complaint is that there's loose threads in the pockets, like the sewing machine wasn't calibrated right or something. Still worth the cost no question, but not a replacement for nicer vests if that's what you're looking for.
