Very tasty, great texture
great product!I prefer its consistency & taste to that of the other flax seed flours out there (it's coarser & more flavorful but there's more to the difference than that).I especially like it as an egg substitute in some recipes (for vegans, etc.), such as potato pancakes (Belarusian "draniki"). Yum!
