My kids are doing a fudge business for an entrepreneurship project. We purchased 2 sets of these, and they worked great! One sheet held 1.5 lbs of fudge, and they looked professionally done. I was very pleased. They're also super easy to clean, since the fudge came out smoothly, and we just stuck them in the dishwasher.

So far I’ve made homemade caramels, chocolate truffles, and PB Crispy Crunch bites in these. Everything has popped right out, and looked great; perfect little squares! They are quite flexible so I recommend putting a small cookie sheet under them. Some things are easier to clean out than others; the chocolate left a little residue and needed more attention; likely not an issue if you have a dishwasher. Definitely worth a little cleaning effort for the perfect little squares for my Christmas treat boxes.

I got these to freeze my garlic confit when I make it in bulk and they're the perfect size. I can dump these in a freezer bag and have fresh and delicious REAL garlic in anything I want. These would also be a great size to freeze tomato paste, pesto or even to make caramels.

So easy to pop soy wax out of these cavities. Feels good quality too. It is a big pain in the butt to clean, though.
