Ich war in Delhi in seinem Restaurant und wurde von seiner Küche absolut überzeugt. So mußte ich das Buch natürlich auch haben! Manish Mehrota macht eine absolut überzeugende Indische Küche mit europäischen Elementen - ich bin Europäer, die Inder werden das womöglich genau andersherum sehen. Wer nicht die Möglichkeit hat, im Indian Accent zu essen sollte sich die wunderbare Erfahrung leisten, das eine oder andere Rezept von ihm nachzukochen!

I bought this on a sale for 200 bucks on a lightning deal so FREAKING AWESOME ! Ive dined at this restaurant and the book teaches you just like the chef would.
