What a blessing to have found The Ear Wax MD! This formula is a superior product because it has many of the ingredients used in anti-aging and top skin conditioning products. I was discouraged but I decided to work through it as a process not a one time winner take all event. So I increased the time from 30 minutes in each ear to 1 hour in each ear. The 3rd day of the process I had planned on keeping the drops in for 1 hour. However, I fell asleep and accidentally kept the drops in my right ear for almost 2 hours.I do not recommend intentionally doing this. Additionally tips—consider creating a sterilized environment for your Wax Blaster. If you use tap water, boil it 4 or 5 minutes to sterilize. I have troubles with hard wax build up. This is one of the only earwax removal products that actually works! It's easy to use and my ear care has gotten better since I started using this product bimonthly. When I first used it, I got a giant wax plug out of my ear after 5 minutes of squirting warm water in there. I could finally hear properly out of my left ear, and my ear canals don't throb anymore. Not sure if the single use vials are actually really cleaning out my ears as I'd hoped. The spray bottle works ok.
