Good product works well
The feature where you can track your progress is very useful. However you do need to combine this product with back exercises for better result

Great idea, terrible design
It’s a such a great concept, however the design has one major flaw. The product does not stick. I had it for a week until it fell off and got lost. I am gutted since it was a great idea and really helped me. I cannot spent more money on something that can be lost so easily. Until that flaw can be fixed, I would stay away
