This is a good device. It reads all the new and relatively new memory cards, and it can connect directly to most phones via usb c. However, it does NOT read my older sony memory sticks from pre 2010.

This is the first reader that has not given me any issues, easy to use and reliable with fast transfer speed

Exactly what I needed. I have a nice Canon camera and prefer to take photos with this camera rather than my phone. This card reader accommodates four sizes of cards and has a USB-C and USB 3.0 connector. My laptop recognized the reader as soon as it was connected and the copy speed was very fast. There is no loss of quality in transferred files. The unit is compact, doesn't take up much room and stores nicely in my camera case so it will be handy whenever I need to transfer files from my camera to computer. It was reasonably priced and was available for next day delivery.

I was looking for a Memory Stick Pro Duo where I have some old pictures. This card reader work perfectly it includes USB and USB-C connectors. So it worked in my windows computer with USB port and also on my Mac Book Pro with only USB-C ports. Great value for the price. It is plug and play.
