I loved the versatility of this. No more holding onto an ice or heat pack. It allows you to walk around and still do your thing, and it is so very easily adjustable to anyone's waist size. It's right on the shelf ready to go anytime my back decides to be irritating and let me know I've done too much yardwork and weed picking... :)

Delivered on time, but I really can't comment on this as it was part of a care package sent directly to my mum. She has said she used it and likes it, but honestly, if she didn't she probably wouldn't tell me... moms...

I ordered two of these as gifts. One for my boyfriend who gets hot at works and has lower back pain. I also got one for his father who has sciatica. It's a great product because of the any size fitting band. It stays on well and the cool pack doesn't freeze solid it actually stays in gel form. I kept it in the freezer overnight and was suprised that it wasn't rock hard. The band itself isn't scratchy and is in fact soft and comfortable. Which provides a nice barrier between the cold pack and your skin. It's a winner!

The removable cold pack is average size and the belt fits around your body just fine. However, the opening for the removable cold pack is on the side and smaller than the size of the cold pack. You have to fold the frozen pack to get it into the pouch in the belt. If the cold pack is not too cold you can fold it but it is an inconvenient design.

This product worked amazing! it allows my husband to put it on under clothes and be able to go out in public while still remaining comfortable. I would highly recommend this product for anybody looking for a heating / cold pack.

I’m disappointed in this item because:a) the belt is not long enough to fit around my normal sized hips and b) the ice block does not fit into the belt,ie in a pocket, so you just wrap the belt around it . That would work if you strap it on Ft and never move, but in the real world people do move around. Is does not meet my needs

I love how i can walk around and still soothe my belly. It doesn't feel majorly warm at first but once you have it on for a few mins, it's lovely.

It would be great for most people, but was difficult to position correctly over my back side.
