Small hack to help install the cover.
Hello you.This is the second time I have attempted to buy a cover for my laptop. I sent the last one back as it definitely didn't fit but I am damed if I am going to send another one back. Basically, it is a bit worrying putting the cover on as the clips are so close to the monitor, so I personally got abit sweaty...Anyway, the top seemed to go on quite easily - I heard quite loud clicks, so I knew it had worked. The base, took a few attempts but I got it on apart from the front clips. I just couldn't get the pressure to push down without over forcing it. I had a brainwave and used a piece of cellotape directly underneath the clip which enabled me to pull the case up as I pushed down on the surface of the laptop. it worked.So try this before you chuck it across the room in frustration. It might help. You can tell it is on properly, as the two halves touch really nicely.Cover is fine for me. I thought it would be opaque, so I was surprised when it was so translucent. No bother, it is better than boring grey or black. Added bonus, the sound of the keys change slightly but it is really pleasant sound. Happy New Year folks x

Great texture.
I like the the color it’s gives my Mac. The texture is smooth almost like a suede. I really love it.

I just put it on my laptop and the left upper corner of the bottom case doesn't want to stay attached (the plastic seems to be deformed a bit so it's not a snug fit).I ordered the crystal clear 'colour' and it arrived with small scratches all over it and like others have said, it will show up smudges!It will serve its purpose of protection and keeping it as damage-free as possible.The keyboard guard is not worth it in my opinion, it's quite sticky and shifts slightly as you type.It's not the best but it's not the worst. If you need something more affordable and durable for the time being, it'd be a good purchase!

It looks good but there should've been a few more products coming with this like a cloth to keep the keyboard clean or an extra case .
