Perfect size to house the controller for my Cloudplate. I turned the box on its side to use the bottom as the front, and I cut out the hole using a box cutter. I left the top/back off. It fits perfectly on a 2U shelf secured with two lengths of dual lock velcro.The finish on the box does seem to scuff easily, and I was in a hurry so my handiwork is a bit sloppy here; however, if you are more careful than I was you shouldn't have any issues with this box.

Worked great for my project. I made a 1 1/4 in hole in it without it cracking. The cover fits perfectly. I was able to use the grooves inside for a PC board to power my project.

I miss radio shack. But at least I have options. Works as expected. Size and dimensions we're spot on. Much thinner that the heavy duty waterproof ones but that should be apparent.

I used this enclosure for a trolling motor control. It houses the potentiometer and a 3 position switch and all the wires. It is a little tight but I expected this with the dimensions provided.

Good quality plastic construction, easy to cut with a dremel tool.

worked perfectly for my application. used as a replacement battery holder for rechargeable led lights that we use at work and the manufacture would not offer replacement parts for these lights. saved over $800.00 by using these just this one time. will buy again when needed.

I built an amplifier kit and housed it in this enclosure. It was easy to mount the electronics inside it and the finished product looks great.

Nice project box, just make sure to get the size you need.
