Lindt LINDOR Spring Neapolitan White Chocolate Truffles, Chocolates with Smooth, Melting Truffle Center, 19 Oz Bag

Ordered these the same day that I ordered the strawberry truffles. These came perfect, but the strawberry ones were melted. Two different vendors

Everyone loved them

These truffles are delicious, I got some for Easter and wanted to order more to put out in our candy dish. The product itself is a definite 5 star product. Unfortunately, either the seller (5Z Trading), the shipping company (they came on the actual Amazon truck), or a combination of the two TOTALLY RUINED them! The seller (5Z) should have at least put them in a box instead of a thinly cushioned envelope. And since I was home when Amazon delivered the envelope, I went out to meet the delivery guy to save him the walk up my porch with many stairs. I inwardly cringed as I saw him slam the envelope on top of the other box he was bringing. If this is how packages are treated right in front of customers, I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors! Now, I understand that it's starting to get warm and ordering chocolates this time of year means they may be a little melted. However, all but 3 of the truffles were COMPLETELY smashed and the gooey chocolate filling was leaking out of every broken truffles' wrapper! I thought they were a little pricey, but I was willing to pay because everyone in my family enjoyed the ones we got for Easter so much. Instead, I got a $20 wrecked package full of smashed and melted chocolates. If you come across the Neopolitan Lindt truffles in a store, you should DEFINITELY try them. They're DELICIOUS! However, I do NOT recommend purchasing them from Amazon unless the seller guarantees that they will be properly packed before shipping to reduce the chance of damages to the product. I'd hate to see anyone else waste $20 and have to see their children be completely disappointed when opening their delivery. Learn from my mistake!

Of course it was fantastic as Lindor always is. The flavor was Neapolitan and delicious. I would have purchased again but the price jumped tremendously. If you can afford it, it is worth it.

They were melted due to the heat wave, but I put them in the freezer and they were still delicious!

These chocolates were in awful shape. They were all melted . It looked as if they had all been stepped on and smashed. To say the least I was very disappointed. And I was really looking forward to having them.
