Is this the same kerasilk that was in salons around 1990? back then it came in a 3.6 oz tube and was crazy expensive. by any chance is this the same?

I dont think it is, this is the equivalent to a regular high end conditioner. My stylist use the same product line of this product only in the conditioning "mask", it is more concentrated, thicker and unfortunately more expensive. I buy from her because she will sell it with a discount. My son uses the regular conditioner because he likes the smell and does well with his curley hair. Hope this helped.

I noticed it immediately. But I also use a leave in condition. I’m getting old and hair dries out easily.
