I never thought that I would find a better pre-workout for a pump than Hemovol or Hemvovo2, but this is the best that I have ever had. This pre-workout is specifically made to give you a great pump, so don't expect an energy boost. Just expect the best pump that you have ever had. The taste is pretty bad, but that is my only negative statement about it. I like to mix a half scoop with a scoop of Dr. Jeckyll. Together, I have the energy and alanine in the Dr. Jeckyll and the pump from the PUMP. When not using stimulants, this is my go to. Don't use this if you already have low blood pressure and don't use it before cardio.

You have to be consistent when taking this and take at the same time everyday.
This product is the best pump product on the market. Anyone that gives it a bad review either is paid to do it or just don't know how to take it. Not only does it help in the gym it's helps with libido also. You get solid hard pumps everywhere.

Taste is good. It is very strong. Make sure to dilute it. I put mine in a camel back water bottle 750ml and it's too much for one scoop, way to sweet. Will have to use less or get bigger bottle.

Core pump is definitely one of the better pre workouts.Results are good blood flow & awesome pumps!It’s a little pricey, but is worth the cost.
