It is very heavy. We bought split king which came in 4 pieces. That made it easier for us to put it all together. Very happy with the medium plush cooling mattress. Love the tilt your head function to watch tv. Everything works fine. Easy to put sheets on the split king bed. Actually looks good without a headboard but will be getting a headboard soon.

Came as described in 4 boxes. Although it says requires 2 people I was able to bring up 5 steps and into bedroom alone. I was able to assemble with no difficulty and the mattress inflated so quickly and throughly we used the first night. It has a heavy duty frame with no movement, mattress very comfortable but supportive. Really like the lumbar support and under bed light other companies did not offer. Massage is a little loud and more like vibration than massage. Overall thrilled with purchase. Fits in frame of bed.

I'm reviewing the Bliss adjustable base and the 14" medium soft hybrid split king mattress (2 twin xl). In summary, the adjustable base is great, the mattress very soft and plush, shipping is hit or miss and customer service, in the end, was great.I love the Bliss adjustable base. We bought this base because I wanted "head tilt" and my hubby wanted extra lumbar support so we decided to buy two of the same bases. I love the head tilt, the preset "anti snore" setting and the under bed light is nice. The massage feature doesn't really massage, it more just vibrates the bed but that wasn't a feature that we wanted anyway. The bases check all the boxes and we have not had any issues.The mattress is labeled as "medium soft" but there is absolutely NOTHING medium about this mattress. I like medium-soft mattress, but this mattress is extremely soft and plush. This mattress should really be labled as plush, not medium-soft. I contacted the company about their "comfort guarantee" and, in the end, I did end up getting the medium 12" mattress. We've only had it a few days, but so far it is the perfect combination of firmness and softness. The top couple of inches are soft but are supported by a firm base. We are much happier with the 12" medium mattress over the 14" plush (medium soft) mattress but that's personal preference.As far as shipping goes, we received our order (bases and mattresses) five days after we ordered. However, my parents ordered just two bases and their order got lost by the shipper and hit numerous holds. After multiple phone calls, they finally received their order a full month after they placed it. Sleep Geekz relies on third party shipping companies and some seem very reliable and efficient, and others do not.
