Arrived quickly and appears to be a high quality product. I ordered the version that comes with 2 batteries and a charger. Took it out for a walk around the neighborhood after sunset to see how well it works. The red light is bright and I'm able to shine it into the top of 70 foot tall trees from 50 yards away. The light feels solid and not cheap. Only quibble I have is I wish the attached lanyard had an extra inch or so of slack as pushing the light forward so my thumb can hit the on/off switch on the back of the light really tightens the lanyard around my wrist. With a little practice I can probably learn to let the laynard scoot up my hand a bit and make it less awkward. As I side, a minor quibble. If you need something like this light I can't recommend it highly enough. As long as it holds up to use, and time will tell with that, I am completely satisfied.

This is a well made light and bright.. can see fox and other size animals at 200+ yrd. . It does not seem to spook the animals like the green one does. They see it but does not alert them as fast as the green one. They make one to put on a rifle scope so you can see through your scope at night.. this works very well .. worth the money . For me red is better than green , but green has it place.. read the pro and cons and make your own decision .

This light is exactly as advertised. It's appears solidly built and is much brighter than I expected. If it holds up, I would easily go to 5 stars!

Flashlight is nice and bright, good beam pattern for hunting with a brighter spotlight type beam in the middle and a less bright beam that goes out wide. Good for scanning and hunting. Will shine out to 100 yards to see the body of mammal, would light up eyes at 200 or more yards. Much brighter than some other red led flashlights I bought that were the "atomic beam" style.

I purchased this for hunting hogs at night in Texas. Worked incredibly well. I did order an extra set of longer lasting batteries. Hogs didn't seem to notice the light or care. Eyes of deer and elk would light up from about 75 yards away. Beam can be adjusted to fit your needs. My hunting buddy had one of these as well and it lit up the forest when used together. Killed 4 hogs the first night. The price and performance of this light makes it a must buy.
