Just as advertised.
Ensure you use either the provided drywall anchors and/or or properly locate wall studs for the provided screws. I'm using it to hold things like a standard plastic snow-shovel, standard push-broom, and a standard sweeping broom. The rubber mechanism is easy to use and holds tools well. The anchors and screws seemed to be rated for ~45lbs total when installed properly. The item comes with a cardboard template for marking anchor/screw locations; the template was accurate.

Excellent product!
This holder is perfect! It’s easy to install, as they give you a template to use to mark the screw locations, then you just install it. It holds broom and mop handles perfectly, even the tiny one on my swiffers. The hooks hold brooms and dustpans, as well as the small dusters. I love this holder, it grips well (even with a door hitting it occasionally), it’s well made and it’s affordable.

Maybe Too Well Made?
I had installed a similar rack at another home, so I was anxious to do the same in my new home. While the installation itself was fairly straightforward, there are a few things potential buyers/users should know:1) The gripping mechanism works VERY stiffly. I have to use two hands to hang anything in a grip station - one hand to push the grip ball up while I push the handle of the broom or mop in with the other hand, trying not to pinch my fingers. If the mop or broom handle has an additional grip on its handle, this becomes even more challenging. The bigger the diameter of the handle, the more difficult it is to push in. Ideally, you should be able to push the handle up and into position with one hand, as I was able to do with the previous model I'd had. But, with a plastic grip equipped handle, this is an absolute no-go, and even without a grip, it is still very hard to work and requires some muscle.2) I mounted this tool holder on the back of my laundry room door, which is 1 1/4" solid wood. I had to furnish shorter screws because the screws that came with it were too long, even including the thickness of the tool holder mount points.3) Because this tool holder works so stiffly and will require concerted effort to use, if you are mounting it on gypsum wallboard (drywall), you're going to need to use much more heavy duty anchors than those supplied, (which in my estimation are virtually useless,) most notably the metal butterfly type, unless you can find a stud. In that case, the furnished screws will do nicely with no anchors needed.I will still use this, but am disappointed in how difficult it is to use compared to what I had before. I will say, however, that it does keep things put. I bought two thinking that I would need both - one at an upper level position and one at a lower position - in order to keep the mop and brooms from banging against the door at it is opened and closed. But, that isn't an issue. The one I installed does a very good job of keeping everything in place with very minimal movement. Unfortunately, it's difficult to use.I like it, and will continue to use it (unless I lose a finger). I just wish it wasn't so difficult to use.
