Q: how do you use this? my amp has no bias pots only can be bias from underneath the amp. will this work

Our bias probe allows you to monitor the idle bias point (plate current) of your power tubes. The bias point itself can only be adjusted by the bias adjustment trimmer built into the amp. If the bias adjustment trimmer is internal the amp will still need to be taken apart to access it (which is quite common). Thanks,EddieEurotubes503-659-7401

The Eurotubes Octal Bias Probe measures in DC Milliamps and will work with any Multimeter that can read in DC Milliamps. A Milliamp reading is more accurate because the screen current is not added to the plate current as with other probes that measure in Millivolts.
