One large gel cap. High quality and very smooth
I know this product very well and I think it works. But what I love about it the most is the capsule and the fact that I can just take one pill with a substantial amount of NAC, myricetin and EGCG and it does not cause any heartburn or discomfort. It also seems to improve the bowel movement. Probably due to NAC.

The capsules were complete melted , liquified , and smelled very bad
This is a good product. I have been buying it, but this time the capsules were completely melted, liquified and smell very bad. I tried to return them , and it says product is not elegible to return. I just got it August the 10th. I8 days later I was ready to start the jar, and I was really surprised by seeing the product in such a bad shape. The seal was not broken . Jar outside was in good shape. Now if I want the product ,I need to pay again because it is not elegible for return.

Huge capsules, and the SMELL makes them hard to swallow! Ick!
