I work from home, I have multiple zoom meetings, teams meetings, Internet calls- all throughout the day. This headset stays charged Through it all! Easy to connect to both my laptop and desk computer. It’s pretty comfortable. The sound quality is good. I haven’t gotten any complaints about people not being able to hear me. I really wanted a wireless headset , I’m so glad I found one at an affordable price that is a great quality. Highly recommended

I love this item. I work in a call center and compatible with all my phone software. A little challenging during set up. Battery lasts full 8 hours. Sound quality is good. Adjustable head band. Comfortable.

I used it for three days. I got nothing but complaints about my sound quality. The voice would drop out for those I was on the phone with. I do like my sound quality but without good voice the headset doesn't work for my needs.

This headset works great but has a very limited range, if further than 10 feet away the audio gets choppy. I don't usually leave my desk often so not an issue for me. Also, this headset is just barely large enough to fit on my head. If you have a large dome you may want to look for a larger model head set. Otherwise it has been working great.

This worked pretty well.. decent value for money. It connects to phone well but drops the connection after periods of inactivity. The fit on my head was too be desired.. wish it was more snug. I've had better headsets before. Probably wouldnt purchase this one again.

I don't know why... but I can hear everything in my meetings but I can't talk through it. The microphone won't connect through the dongle. Disappointed. The headset is comfortable and it is very well made though.

I purchased the is for my husband who is very picky and difficult to please. He reads and learns better when he can use a read aloud or audible feature. Since purchasing a month ago, he has barely had it off his head! He is re-inspired to return to his studies and the Delton 10x is a winner! Had to call tech support once for help, and their team is fabulous. Had I known it would be this good I might have purchased the more expensive version but this one does the trick and the charge lasts all day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Headset only holds a charge for 4 hours now and shuts off with no warning

When an incoming call comes in, at any volume I hear it better if I pull the ear piece away from my ear and talk. Deffinately a weird inconvenience. And then it seems like some people can't hear me clear unless I push the mic closer to my mouth in which the mic stick isn't flexible. Been looking around for another.

The headset works well and does cancel out noise, but it is not durable. You will be lucky to have this item in use for 2 months, before having to buy another one.

Very poor audio quality I tried to use it on one of my shift but after one hour I was done can’t hear clearly inconfortable I don’t recommend.. I have to buy another one..
