I buy the high protein so it’s costly!
I’m 77 years old & buy products together with chewable array of vitamins! I spend a lot of money trying to stay strong & healthy so I get what I pay for! Helps to maintain 115 to 120 pounds of healthy weight! I order my Ensure almost every order of my Amazon Fresh food, etc which I find easier than the grocery store as I don’t drive any longer!

Good protein shake!
As other brands with protein shakes, this one also has a tick milky feel, I prefer to water down my shake before drinking. It makes for a good breakfast and price is good for what you get. I did notice better energy when working out and will definitely purchase more often
