The product is as described by the seller.Pro:Containers fit into each other so it doesn't take too much space in the cupboard.Comes with instructions and examples of what kinds of foods should go in each color.Containers seal/ snap well. Easily fits into any lunch box.Can be used as a measuring cup when preparing a meal.ConsWish I had more containers-- a set for each meal to prepCan easily forget which color corresponds to what food category. I advise to get a Sharpie and label each container.

The Product: The containers themselves are awesome. They are dishwasher safe, freezer safe, microwave safe and compact. The proportions are accurate to nutritional need and the lids snap securely onto the container.The Concept: There are 6 different colors for each of the food groups. The package comes with a guide that shows you how many servings of each of the colored containers you can have depending on how many calories you are eating in a day. This is where I feel the product falls short. Most of the diets called for more than 1 serving of fruits and vegetables.Solution: I use the cups to measure out the food before I put it on my plate and only use the containers if I am taking lunch to work. Another solution is to buy more of the product, which I would recommend if you are doing a strict diet or usually have packed lunches. It is easy to manage the diet with one set though.I have not had any problems and I really enjoy using them. They are a really good learning tool on how to portion your food.

The containers are small, but that just goes to show how much we, as humans, overeat. The containers are not leak proof and can be tricky to open and for that I give it 4 stars. I like the fact that it comes with an insert with all the food group suggestions, which easily fits in my wallet. I did however had to contact the seller for my missing e-book, which they promptly responded to and resolved. I am looking forward to getting my portions under control and I believe the product will help me do that.

I love my containers, everyone at first felt that was to little of food intake but when you place everything on a dinner plate you realize the amount. As a post bariatic patient I want to make sure I stay in control of my weight and maintain appropriately this has helped me to do just that.

I never received my email and the instructions in the box had errors all throughout. The containers seem to work fine, but very disappointed with the instructions.

The portion control cups themselves are well made, but there is no information included stating what size they are supposed to be so I am not sure if they are accurate measure. There are no guides or recipes included as stated so it is all guess work. Overall I was very unhappy with this purchase.

They really help food portions if you follow the guideline. Still don't know what the little spoon icon is in the brochure. I left two messages for the manufacturer and never heard back

some spelling errors and not as much information given as the real 21-day fix program, but easy enough to find out online. definitely worth the price you pay for it
